Sharing reports with parents
Deliver the nFormed/IQ report in a way that builds trust and keeps conversations productive.
Review before you send
Read each report once before sharing. Make sure the observation matches the scores and reflects how you'd describe the player in person.
Set the context
Let parents know when reports are coming and what they measure. Framing the report as a development tool, not a ranking, sets the right tone.
Invite follow-up
Offer a short window for questions. Most conversations are easier because both sides are now looking at the same information.
